Interview
As an MBA intern, we got a chance to go to an career event where a couple of us are given a chance on a 15minute interview as well as a group presentation. Then I got notified that I got selected to do the internship. On boarding process was another story...
The interview was split into two parts. First one was answering pre-recorded questions and playing a few games that tested my quick thinking skills. Second one was with the manager of the team.

To describe different situations where I had to for example take leadership in a team
It was a virtual assessment with 5 behaviour questions and 2 games to understand your working style. You will have only 1 chance to record your answer. 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to talk.
