Apparently Philips has a culture where don't respect the interviewee. I had this experience twice with them now.
Interview lasted around 1 hour 30 minutes. I was not sure, what would be the outcome so I followed up with them after 1 week. I sent another follow up second week to just give the feedback, even if I was not selected. they did not bother at all.
I forgot about the incident and after few months, I got a call again for a weekend interview. was a little reluctant as I saw their professionalism earlier, but I agreed to attend the interview regardless.
And this time, panel did not come to take the interview and I was told, it will be rescheduled again. Again after following up, there is no response to my email.
Such a shame for these large scale companies to treat interviewees so unprofessionally.

I got the call from hr team and initial phase they mentioned that the opening for SSE-2 position and required skills set are C++/Qt.
they have schedule interview 10.30 at morning
.I reached there exact schedule time but interview started 11.30 to till 1 o'clock.
then interviewer said that they will update soon about feedback.i was waiting for update till 2 o'clock but i didn't get any response then i called to hr and asked about feedback and hr said please stay there will be one more round.i was waiting till 5 o'clock for next round but no body came for take next round interview.then i again called to hr and got to respond leave for the day will update you later.
i got frustrated that moment..that guy's didn't respect people time and they spoiled my one day leave also.please respect other people time also.

Pathetic interview process , its completely waste of time I never expected such experience from such organization. Interviewer doesn't what to ask irrelevant questions and if somehow you will answer that they will ask some other utterly questions. Hiring not based on talent its just based on some silly questions. I request you please don't waste candidates time and effort like this and streamline your process. Gain some knowledge before asking questions from Google.
