I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Mar 2022
Interview
Zoom interview with a single employee. She was trying to gear the questions around my resume which I appreciated. However, in trying to come up with questions, she would go on minute+ long tangents where she would basically ask three different barely related questions in one. Made it very difficult to narrow down my answer when there were multiple questions within one.
She then gave an extremely mundane and depressing description of the job while basically asking me if I was truly interested and ready for how bad it would be, showed me a video of all the highest level employees going on a retreat spewing things about how awesome the company was for them and then I think was taken aback that my answer to "what did you think of that video?" wasn't extraordinarily gung-ho.
She was a very energetic and enthusiastic interviewer up until her description of the job and it almost seemed in both her mannerisms and her words that she didn't want me to give her a reason for a second interview.

Interview
The overall interview process took about 2 1/2 weeks. I was first contacted by a recruiter via phone who was completely awesome and professional. Answered all of my questions and said I would be set up with an interview with the VP of Customer Development through Zoom. I felt very confident in not only myself but the company as a whole after the second interview. They are viewed very highly in the veteran community especially with their veterans initiative. The 3rd interview was with the VP again and he broke down everything from day to day schedule, expectations of me, to compensation. Cannot wait to start with this company! Offer accepted. Highly recommend!
