Power Home Remodeling Entry Level Sales Rep interview questions

3 interviews, 2 over the phone and 1 in person. All going over the same things and not asking too many deep questions. Third interview was in-person and unnecessary. Not offered the job after three 30-minute interviews. Poor interviewing process.

The preliminary interview was very surface level. It only took a few minutes and the interviewer barely asked about my experience or skills. No difficult questions asked or information learned about me as a potential employee.
