I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Chester, PA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Initial phone contact is high pressured and not meant for you to have much time to think about your decision. Phone interview is almost the same, just making sure you are able to speak well and answer basic questions. The face-to-face time is very professional and high energy. They are very quick to make you feel a part of the family.
They call and talk to you for a while on the phone then bring you in for a few step process interview. The phone call feels long and value-bringing however remember it is still a door-to-door sales job.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Boston, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Easy process, 2 stages, good professional atmosphere. Dress professionally, answer professionally, and have personal goals. Be engaging, don’t provide one word answers, and think about the big picture. When interview is over, thank, and follow up.

Interview
Interview process is very laid back and casual. None pressure feeling. Power is more interested in getting a chance to know you as a person. Want to see how you will fit into the culture
