Interview
Expect a phone call from a "talent acquisition specialist" moments after you submit your resume. This can be misinterpreted as a good thing, as though the company really has its stuff together. The truth is they have an extraordinarily high turnover rate and are always hiring just about anyone who applies.
Your interview will be with the Regional Vice President of Marketing or Sales. Note: I interviewed with the RVP of Marketing even though I was looking to get into sales. Sharply dressed and very buddy-buddy, he will do his best to warm up to you immediately. Instead of a typical interview process that would consist of various questions about your resume and what you can do for the company, you may be asked at most one question about each. And then your interviewer will launch into a very scripted sounding rundown of the company, its top-performers, income potential, various statistics, the lifestyle, perks and so on. It's great bait but you'd do well not to take it. After each enticing point he will attempt to "tie you down" with a question like "doesn't that sound great?" Beware.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There wasn't a single difficult question, as there were, at most, two questions asked. "Doesn't this sound great?" "Would you take the job if I were to offer it to you?"

Interview
The interviewers were nice. However, when I asked about pay structure in my first interview the interviewer said that question would be answered in m second interview. When I asked about it in my second interview, that interviewer said he could not answer my question and that it would be discussed in my third interview. I ultimately canceled my third interview due to lack of transparency about the pay.
I applied online. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
Great initial interview, immediately was selected to move forward with a second round interview. The first interviews are virtual and with very welcoming people. The interview process is quick, for me at least, it moved fast, scheduling the second interview to be the same day as the first.
