Interview
Had a phone interview and then two in person interviews. They do nothing but sale you the job. That should be a red flag in its own. They hire anyone. Turn over rate is horrible.

Interview
They are very polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. A lot of passion shown from mgmt and HR and you have to show it as well to get their attention. Unfortunately, after the "get to know you" phase, they hit you with the BS. A lot of inconsistencies between both parties about the job role, firstly telling me the company does not do door-to-door sales but they kind of do. Was basically led on in the initial phone interview to listen to what they were really offering. Salary was information was also inconsistent, not to mention its Base OR commission. This role also involves you traveling each day to a set location (can even be 30 miles + away) and/or standing in a booth at some stores. Not what I expected, just didn't feel right. Good for someone with little to no experience anywhere. Base salary and commission was negotiated but quickly put down. Odd for a sales role to not negotiate compensation.

Interview
I applied via internet job board (externally easy application).
I was contacted by a recruiter the next day.
She conducted a brief phone interview, it was pretty typical nothing out of the ordinary.
I was then invited to their office for a first round interview where I would meet with the Marketing RVP. This guy was a great interviewer. He had no emotion, very attentive, and I won't lie he made me sweat a little, he was just so intimidating. Most of the questions were aimed at gauging how confident you are and if you would be okay with the idea of 100% commission.
Luckily I did well enough to move on to the next interview.
He sat me in the lobby where I waited for about 10 minutes, before he came back out to meet me. He then started to explain that typically there are 3 - 4 interviews conducted before coming to a decision but because they have a sales training class staring in a few days he wanted to speed things up.
He continued on to say that he had already spoken with the Sales RVP and after speaking with him that they were both ready to offer me a position, with the hopes of me starting in 3 days.
I accepted the position a couple hours later once I got home.
