A lot of work to find out the base pay is less than fast food, door to door canvassing with little hourly guarenteed. If your looking for enough money to comfortably grow your skillset, keep looking. Recruiters were intentionally vague on base pay, several hours wasted.

Very intense 1 on 1, but very straight forward as far the questions and the openness of how hard the job is. The pay is shown and there aren't many secrets that makes the company work the way that it does.

Interview
Phone screening followed by a zoom interview and an in-person meeting. Everyone replies and follows up in a timely fashion. The first two interviews seem focused on getting to know you as an applicant, and the third asks the difficult questions.
