3 Interviews total. First one was set up as an introduction via phone call to the company to see if both parties are interested in moving forward. This lasted no more than 30 minutes. The second interview was a video call, further information given regarding company and it's culture, watched a video and chatted with recruiter about their journey through the company. Basic information about the job responsibilities were given and opportunity given to ask more in depth questions. This lasted about an hour or so. Final interview was in person with a hiring manager/director, Tour of office, and meet and greet with some staff members, overall great vibe, more videos to watch on company and getting to know you style interview. Everything was pretty straight forward, salary questions answered and real results of employees work is shared. Its a commission job so it's definitely what you make of it. Grit and dedication is needed and that is effectively communicated. Very comfortable and personable interactions overall. This probably lasted about an hour +.
