4 phone interviews first. The fairest of those is just to weed applicants out. If you are not open to nights and weekends you will not make it further. One in person interview where they make it clear that the job will come before everything.

They ask if you are ok working nights and weekends, and if you will be alright if they do not promote you from their entry level position right away which is less than the pay that’s advertised in their job listing, which is a position you have to work up to.
