Power Home Remodeling interview questions

I just had a phone interview. Waiting for email for second interview. Seems like a great company. I was told during the second interview the company go into more detail about position.

3 interviews, 2 over the phone and 1 in person. All going over the same things and not asking too many deep questions. Third interview was in-person and unnecessary. Not offered the job after three 30-minute interviews. Poor interviewing process.
