You will be phone screened initially, as what is basically a cold call, then scheduled a follow up phone interview. I applied for this Sales position but when they discovered I don’t have a Sales background (which they don’t list as required in the listing), they wouldn’t consider me for this position. Why waste my time and yours when you could’ve taken 30 seconds to read my resume before calling?
