Simple, informative. Totally normal with predictable questions and somewhat canned responses to be honest. Definitely got the sense that most people working there have been trained to think it’s the best company that’s ever existed.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Feb 2023
Interview
I was initially contacted by them after applying on Indeed. After that call, we scheduled an initial phone screening interview. They seemed to not like the idea I didn't already live in the city they were based in. They were not very tolerant of relocation. It took over a week for anyone to contact me again. No returned emails or voicemails. But they pushed me on to the second phase where I had a Zoom interview with a person who worked at the location. It was a 40-minute interview and he asked me a lot of questions about why I was getting into sales when I didn't have a background in it. I was sent a rejection email 3 days later.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling
Interview
It was 2 interviews one on zoom and the other in person pretty standard style interview process. The people at power are all family oriented and have a friendly work environment.
