The interview process was 3 interviews. Everybody was truly phenomenal! They all were excited, positive and helpful. However they threw a major twist at the end which would have saved quite a bit of time. 1. Basic interview discussing the positions, company and brief questions to set up a 2nd Interview. 2. A longer Zoom interview. This is more finding your fit in the company. Asking background, experience, goals 3. Discussing the levels of the business, behind-the-scenes and discussing pay Now for the curveball. Everyone starts at the door-to-door and retail level. I would’ve declined at Step 1 as it’s not something I’m interested in, honestly. I took off work to go to this final interview and be told my first 3+ months (with not set timeframe to be moved up) were door-to-door, Sam’s Club and events in the community generating leads.
