Power Home Remodeling interview questions

This company is a red flag!!!! First interview was 30 minutes with the VP of Marketing. Second interview was 1 and 1/2 hours with the Director of Corporate Finance. Both said I interviewed well, was told I’d get a call from the recruiter within 4 business days to schedule the final interview with the VP of Corporate Finance and never heard back. I emailed and called the recruiter with no response back. It’s been 3 weeks, I guess they’re ghosting me. What a waste of time. Didn’t even receive an automatically generated email stating they’ve cancelled the position or moved on to other candidates. The company completely cut contact after positive feedback. They said all potential hires must complete 3 interviews in order to get hired so if you’re preparing to apply, prepare to spend a lot of time interviewing with the possibility of never hearing back from them.
