They ask are you excited to work here , what would you bring to the company , describe yourself to us
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2020
Interview
The process was a multi-stage interview. The questions were not hard but they did require critical thought and were pleasantly challenging. Not the typical "What would you say is your greatest weakness" which I found refreshing. The first two calls are more relaxed and upbeat and focus on you while the later two are more straight-forward and focus on the company and the expectations you'll face in it.

Interview
I was contacted by the recruiter a few days after applying and was told I would be interviewing for the Remodeling Consultant position. Later I discovered it would take a year of door-to-door sales and hustling people at kiosks in Sam's Club before being offered that position. I would be cautious with any conversations you have with this company unless you truly want to walk around neighborhoods selling shingles and insulation for a living during COVID. By the way, the following description is how they market the job but it is everything but..."your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. You are not responsible to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the legwork has been done for you."
