Power Home Remodeling interview questions

Contacted by recruiter, basic phone screen. Moved onto director interview which was more conversational. Very basic questions, and no behavioral questions (ie S.T.A.R.). Next was Regional Vice President who spent half the time getting to know me, then taking a deep dive into the position, and compensation. Really selling the awesomeness of the company, growth, and opportunity for advancement. Turns out this is a COMMISSION ONLY job which was only mentioned at the third interview. They spend a lot of time selling the company to you , because the average job seeker isn't looking for a commission only job with a complicated payment compensation plan.

Basic stuff. Really just a normal conversation. The most annoying part about the interview process is you most likely won't know what position you are actually interviewing for until you arrive. They like to read you and then place you where they feel you'll best succeed.
