I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The interview process is very laid back, especially if you are referred by a current employee. The first interview is basically a meet and greet, and the second they describe more of the job to you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Norcross, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
An extensive interview that critiqued and compared skill sets and their applicability with the office staff as a whole. The interviewers asked several personal and professional questions to assess the comaptibability of the interviewer with the company. The process was a serious process, yet the interviewers kept the process lighthearted from the very beginning. First step was a phone interviewer, which began the initial vetting process, to determine the candidate was applicable and qualified, and if the candidate passed, they would move into the second process, one-on-one interview. Second process you were being interviewed by either, the Director of Marketing, Vice President, or both. This step was the crucial part, and most candidates stopped here. During this step, the interview was a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and was kept professional throughout. After the second step, the VP would offer the position, and if accepted, the new employee would begin training at a designated time.
