Principal Financial Group Analyst interview questions

1 HR telephonic, 1 Technical telephonic, and 1 each in-person. Had to fly to Des Moines. Smooth and pleasant experience. They were looking for reason to hire than to reject.

Principal focuses more on Confident, Strong headed and Transparency. I was interviewed for a technical role, and I answered 80% of interview questions. And for the rest I firmly said - 'I don't know". I believe having good communication skill, confidence and clear thoughts are the keys to crack the interview. Logical thinking is appreciated.
