Good, brief ... technical test followed by Tech interview, Mgr interview and HR. Technical test depends on the job role you seek. For development, the technical test checks people for sql and logical aptitude in programming. Make sure you dont quote too high a salary in your expectations since they weed out such candidates after the first test.

Hard interview process and good help from onshore person. They always ready to help you but india management is not good. They hire more localite in india. Biased person are more india Politics is so much high in india office. But job security.

Written test through Elitmus consisting of Quants,DI,LR and Verbal. Level of difficulty was a bit lower than CAT exam Then next day, we were given a blank paper asking us write about where we see ourselves in 5 years from now. Then 2 rounds of interview, having logical puzzles and some typical HR interview questions.
