Hiring process took so much longer than necessary and ended with a no reply automated email even after several video interviews. From start to finish, it was about a two month time span and I had to follow up multiple times and kept getting told someone would reach out. After two hour-long interviews on the same day, I was told I would hear from the hiring manager soon. Two weeks later I got an auto-generated email saying my application was denied. After putting so much effort into it, I wish someone would have at least just sent me a quick personal note letting me know they were moving forward with a different candidate instead of a automated email.

Video interviewed in early May which consisted of your typical HR questions, tell me about yourself, what’s your ideal pay, why’d you leave your last job, etc. Their HR team is extremely difficult to get a hold of. They promised to get back to me with several different dates they provided, but the dates they said they would have an update came and went. The HR team made the process more stressful than it needed to be especially with other offers on the table, trying to decide to wait out for this position or take something else was stressful. Their HR left a bitter taste in my mouth for wanting to apply here again in the future.
