Principal Financial Group Software Engineer(Internship) interview questions

Very simple. I only had to do a few phone interviews where they asked about my experience. They were more interested in my person than my experience it seemed. I did have to talk about my technical experience and I also knew a few people who didn't get a phone interview, which means resume matters.

Applied online. About a week later, I received a link to an online on-demand video interview that I had five days to complete. I went in with no preparation a few hours before the deadline. Two days later, I received a call to schedule a phone interview that was to be held two days later. The phone interview was with two teams, and you spoke to each team for half an hour. That interview was on Friday, and the next Monday, an HR rep called me to ask if I had any questions. I mentioned that I had a deadline coming up, and was instantly told I have an offer. Overall, the process was pretty smooth and laid back.
