I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Principal Financial Group in Dec 2020
Interview
I applied for this position at my school's career fair back in September, and online. I was invited to an on-demand interview in October (which is super chill tbh) where you can record answers to your questions any number of times you want.
In November, I advanced to the second round of interviews, this time an in-person interview. This one is pretty chill, mainly behavioral along with an easy technical question (mix of system design and algorithms).

Question 1
You're given a real-world hypothetical scenario. How do you go about implementing and testing this?
Begin with a recorded video interview. Afterwards, asked to do a technical interview. Very relaxed, very collaborative during coding challenge. Technical interview took around an hour. Got back to me very quickly afterwards.
