A series of one on one interviews with a final panel interview. I interviewed while the company was still remote for COVID, I believe more are being conducted in person. Interviews did not seem structured, and the host was often late. It seemed like they were going more for a personality fit than a specific skill.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prologis (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2023

Interview
Worst pre-hiring experience of my life. Poor communication, no follow up. She kept pressing for contact information from previous employment over 15 years in the past, which is impossible when the companies are closed.
Zero notification when I was removed from the offer. Complete waste of a month, in which I could have been looking for other jobs.
