      Engineering Leader Interview

      Jul 17, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I interviewed at Pulley in Jun 2024

      Interview

Like all the others, after applying, an email goes out about an open coding challenge with API calls and encryption. It mentions specifically, "We'll be reaching out to everyone who can complete the challenge." When various higher levels of the challenge are completed, the APIs will indicate Pulley has been alerted of the progress. Alas, after completing the coding challenge, there was no response. Perhaps senior leadership just wants to see how many candidates in this market will go through the challenge for their own amusement? For those that actually got and accepted offers - may want to look at some of the feedback from employees on the reviews side.
