I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PwC (New York, NY) in Oct 2009
Interview
Started at an information session, submitted resume/ CL and was called for an interview a week later. very informal interview consisted of 2 back to back ints with partners. Asked basic questions about where I see myself, skills, etc. Successfully completed both interviews but I don't believe my passion was really in it so did not get/accept offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC in Jan 2007
Interview
First round interview was an on-campus interview with two PwC professionals-- 30
minutes each. The
second round interview was an office visit with interviews with two PwC
professionals-- 30 minutes
each. The office visit was pretty relaxed. I believe that at that point, the
professionals know
you are competent to do the work. They just want to know if they like you and
if you will work well
with the team.
Interview questions: No technical questions. All behavioral questions, such as
"Tell me about a time when you worked in a group and one member was not pulling
their weight." One interviewer asked me to walk them through my resume and
discuss my greatest achievement. One question that caught me off guard was "How
would your last manager describe you?"
