1 hour google chat conversation with director.
The feeling was conversational and relaxed. Good pace of discussion and questions. Some challenges were made to explanations provided. The hour passed quite fast. The main area of focus was on how I deal with stress/resource shortages/problems. Also focus on experience of managing teams and coordinating change.

Takes quite a long time to complete the process, mostly 2 months to complete the full process. But, they will always be very through with the back ground checks. If you are looking forward to work here, never postpone your given Interview dates.
There were 4 rounds , HM 2. Technical round 3.technical round 4. Partner round. 2nd round Was 1:1 and 3rd round was with panel . The interveiw was average mostly on experience (related t data engineering)
Timely responses, recruiter email and call to check high level knowledge. Recruiter did not know many specifics about position, just was general screening. then 3 video one on one interviews, last interview was with partner. All staff were friendly and kind, all from group I would be joining.
