I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
Very low stress interview with one individual (manager, director, or partner) on campus, followed by interview in office with (1) senior associate/manager, then (2) partner. Interviewers are well-trained in recognizing high-functioning team members with required skills. Interview questions will be conversational to get a sense of how a person may or may not fit in with PwC culture and the demands of working in a team environment most of the time.
HR is really nice and 2 interviews (2 with manager and another with 1 director). Verbal offer and then written offer. Full pay on probation. Nice boss and team member. Hybrid mode

I applied via the Pwc website and they emailed me to set up a meeting. The HR lady was very helpful and friendly. After she asked a little more about me they set up a meeting with partners and director. Best interview I've had.
