I interviewed at my school first and they referred me to the New York Office. It was a whole day affair. In the morning you sit with all the other candidates in a conference room and there are 3 employers from the company that talk about their jobs within the company and then they open the floor for questions. Ask a question, you'll impress them. Then you have a mentor for the day who shows you around the office building. You have 3 interviews with different levels within the tax department. All relatively casual. At the end you go out to eat with your mentor.
