2 interviews - one was a case study + standard behaviorals and then one with a partner in the practice I was interviewing for that was conversational / pretty unstructured - had to be prepared to ask them a lot of questions

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
