The employer wants to know about one's personality to see if they fit with firm's culture. They would focus on teamwork, your passion and career's goal. Interviewer would make the interview go smooth and help candidates feel comfortable to share their experience, thoughts and ask questions to know about the firm.

A lot of online tests, tell me about yourself, etc. Online test includes verbal, math, and logic. Verbal was pretty difficult cause many government statement were there and it was hard to understand.
