Pretty straightforward. There were 3 levels. After initial phone screening from recruiter, there were 3 rounds (manager, director, partner). Each round was about 2-3 weeks apart. The manager asked more behavioral and consulting questions. The director talked about previous roles and high level industry knowledge. The partner interview was more casual.
