What is an example of dealing with a difficult situation with a customer?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at PwC
Interview
Had a first interview and was sent a follow up message to say they will get back to me with the progress of my application. Never heard back. What made it worst is someone I personally know got the role so I know they were purposely ignoring/ghosting me. The least they could have done was send me quick email to say they don't want to proceed with my application or at least message me to say they've filled the role. It's basic respect.
Applied for Senior Associate role. The interview experience was rather pleasant. However, PwC is not transparent from the ghetto given that they wasted candidate's time by downgrading the position to Associate role just to move forward to second round of interview with the Director. Reason being they need a more experienced hire for the role that was advertised. Company should demonstrate sincerity, greater foresight and integrity by flagging this to candidates prior to the interview, especially when the position ends up being completely different from the job ad.
