the first I had was a telephonic interview with basic interview questions like tell me more about yourself and a few scenario based questions just as an initial screening. The next stage was a virtual interview day. I had to so two case studies , one written and one in a form of a presentation I had to give in one of the sessions. The next stage was psychometric tests.
