Interview
The interview process was really bad. The recruiter who was supposed to call me didn't, and after that she sent an email without any apologies and setting up another phone call. The second time she called me 20 minutes before the time that we both agreed on. This first step, added to the fact that according to previous employees the company did not offer a proper sales training program, made me understanding that this is not the right company for an entry level position, especially in sales where they want people with previous experience (entry level salary).

Interview
we had to follow a rubric and I felt that the questions really didn't get to know me. I would have liked a more flowing conversation. I was nice though cause all canadites are interviewed on the same level.
Really great interview everyone was super engaging and friendly. The process was pretty long and I met with 4 different people who all asked similar questions but it didn't feel too repetitive.
