I applied at a job fair but heard no response. I then applied through the online portal and got a response. The interview process contained two code pair/phone interviews, and one code pair/video interview.
The three interviews consisted of the following:
1. A couple conceptual questions, followed by one coding question.
2. Two coding questions.
3. One coding question, followed by job-fit questions.
The coding questions were similar to leet-code easy difficulty. They were not the same questions. However, the solutions I learned from Leetcode practice could be applied.
It took a long time (>1 week) to hear back each time. After my second interview, when my interviewer gave me verbal confirmation that I did well, I had to wake 3 weeks for my final round interview. I did tell my recruiters about a decision deadline I had for another offer.
After my final interview, I heard back in the evening (due to time-zone) the day before my decision deadline. I was told that while I did have an offer, they could not confirm my location. I was offered a position in Provo, Utah but was told they would not have a "head-count" for the Seattle office until early January.

Question 1
You are in a maze and every unit you move, you write down your cardinal direction.
NSWTSNTS
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
One coding test online, then two technical interviews with algorithms. The first one was 2 algorithms, the second one was only one task, then chitchat with recruiter about soft skills etc.

Question 1
What was a challenge you faced recently and how did you managed to overcome it?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Kraków) in Feb 2025
Interview
i had two calls with recruiters, both were technical. At first i had some behavioural questions: why do i want to work there etc, and later i had to code -- similar to leetcode, level probably medium,
It was straight forward and everyone was really nice. Even during the coding assessment the interviewer was very helpful. I was stuck a few times and he gave me hints to work around. I was so nervous but the way he composed himself and made me feel comfortable was nice.
