There were about three short phone call interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and TAM's. When moving onto the final interviews, there were four 30 minute interviews. Everyone within the company was kind and the interview process went smoothly.

Explain a relatively difficult thing to do in simple steps, as if you were explaining it to someone who is clueless.
Behavioral questions about past experience. Interviewer asked follow up questions so it felt more like a conversation. Asked about working with clients and technical background with different platforms and how fast I was confident in using them.

El proceso es largo, pero fue muy interesante, en total fueron 4 entrevistas, la primera de RH, otra de conocimientos técnicos, una con un TAM Manager y la última con el Manager Regional.
Fueron entrevistas de 30- 45 minutos, y fueron muy interesantes.

I'm a poc and it felt like the interview process wasn't really inclusive. had three interviews back to back, and no one could really speak to Diversity and Inclusion values. My recruiter also ghosted me so overall I didn't really enjoy Qualtrics Interview Process.
