I went through ~8 interviews with Qualtrics. All interviewees asked the same behavioral questions; it was a huge waste of time. I got along well with most of the team, excluding their misogynistic and curt SVPs. I drank the Koolade about their culture and values. After my 7th or 8th interview, I was told I didn't get the position. No rationale. I asked the HR recruiter to share some feedback, yet I never heard back from him... I'm glad I didn't get an offer. For a company that "values transparency", they clearly don't practice what they preach.

Why Qualtrics?
Give me an example of a time you made a mistake.
Met with recruiter on phone interview. Passed on to Hiring Manager for second interview. The communication was not great internally because the HM was angry I was not currently living in Chicago, although I was willing to relocate.
Proceso claro y atento donde el reclutador siempre da información sobre el estado de la candidatura. Además, sin necesidad de bussiness case, lo cual hizo que el proceso fuera más rápido
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Ciudad de México) in May 2023
Interview
There will be around five interviews (recruiting screening included) to evaluate soft skills, cultural fit, and a case. The process is very transparent about how many interviews you are getting.
