Applied, received generic rejection, instantly subscribed to their newsletter (spam). The position likely never existed and this was simply a bait & switch to get my email so they can spam me.
Extremely disorganised. They have a 5 interview process that I went through entirely only to be rejected over my level of experience which is something we discussed in Interview 1. My experience was also well within the job posting. Why put me through a peer review, code of ethics interview, AND a 1 hour presentation (that I spent 10 hours making) if the answer was No from the start.
They didn't even contact me to tell me. I did the 5th interview and heard no feedback for 2 weeks until I contacted them myself to check in and they said they had already hired someone else. "I've been meaning to call you, I've just been so busy." Then they had the nerve to say that mighttt consider me for a junior role.
Also, the job posting was incorrect, it was not for a Solution Architect role that would be working with the actual products. It was for a services role. This came up later in the process but I was willing to roll with it. The position is now filled but the job posting is still active so they are receiving applications that are going nowhere.
Once again, extremely disorganised. One of their core values is Scrappy which makes sense because they seem to be scraping through every interaction and hoping for the best. Also the CEO freaks me out.
