All interviews are business dress but the employees will be dressed in t-shirts and shorts/jeans. The first interview consisted of 26 candidates being divided into groups of 5 with one 6 person group. The interviews asked each of us in the group to tell them about ourselves and then asked if we had any questions for them. I received an email that night letting me know that I was going to the second interview. In the second interview the next week a panel of 3 employees asked 10 questions. Supposedly only half the people made it to the second interview. Again I received an email that night inviting me to the third and final interview. Eight candidates made it to this interview and we each met individually with several owners.
The culture is relaxed with minimal layers of management. They really want to be impressed with sales talent. The sales cycle can be several months to a year so they want people that can make it through the grind. The position is mostly making calls to cold contacts and selling their business units.
