Firstly, I was incredibly impressed at the team's ability to get back to me with any necessary information in a rapid and effective manner. At no stage did I feel as if I was out of the loop, and I understood precisely what the next stages of the interview process entailed. This was something that I greatly appreciated as a prospective hire. Additionally, the level of personal interaction with the hiring team as opposed to a lot of automated emails I received when applying elsewhere, made the process very comfortable.
When it came to the interviews themselves, I felt that they were very well timed and at no stage did I think that they were dragging on at all. They were efficient, well planned, and very informative. Additionally, having a presentation for the SDR role before the second round interview began was a great idea - ensuring that I was both well prepared for the interview, but also made me feeling relaxed when walking into the building. I knew about the product, but I also had a chance to showcase my interview preparation prior to any questioning began.
I was also very impressed to meet many of the managers throughout Dublin's sales team during the two interview days - in particular meeting the COO of the EMEA region. I found this to be a very exciting stage of the hiring, and highlighted to me how important cultural fit was to the team.
