Interview
Multiple phone screens, video interviews with a list of prepared questions given more like an interrogation vs a get to know you interview. They must be working with an outside firm/process but it felt too sterile and formal. No back and forth as they tried to squeeze 15 questions (and my answers) into a 45min window. Was looking forward to discussing the position and my vision for it but it turned into a verbal Rorschach test instead unfortunately.
