ROI Call Center Solutions Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Very basic "why do you want this job" and "what's your biggest strength and weakness" kind of interview. I went in the office space and sat by where the manager sits and she just kind of talked to me. Told me right after the interview that I got the job and asked when I'd like to start.

Interviewed with 3 different people. The receptionist pre screened with an interview then the COO interviews you then finally the Director. Not Very organized and it took them forever to let you know if they wanted to hire you. They didn't send an offer sheet or anything along those lines
