ROI Call Center Solutions Call Center Manager/Account Manager interview questions

A HR associate called me and scheduled an interview for this manager position. They could only do this during my normal working hours. Once I came in I waited half an hour past the scheduled meeting time for the interviewing manager. Once I sat down with him he just said that looking at my resume I didn't have enough management experience for this position. It was obvious that they never intended to consider me for this position. They extended this interview to me in bad faith, and only to try to rope me into a entry level call center position with no opportunity for advancement. Their hiring manager and HR should be fired, but I'm sure they are doing their jobs as directed by their superiors. Deceptive and fraudulent.
