Received a call from HR to schedule a chat with the Partner, followed by an hour-long call with the team comprising of managers. Got an offer on the day of the interview. Process is extremely quick which I appreciated. Nothing technical, the interview was overall very friendly. The managers wanted to gauge your level of experience and also communicated how things work in the company. Only negative was that the 2 year bond not being communicated to me clearly.
