RSM Audit Associate interview questions

Interview was in house at their Irvine, CA office.It was about a 3 hour process. I interviewed with 2 managers and 1 partner. Honestly, the interview was not bad at all. I was so nervous, but started to relax a little because it was mostly conversational. After the interviews, they took all of the interviewees out to lunch which was nice.

Went to the on-campus recruiting event. They mostly asked questions about me, but were interested to see what I knew about the company, such as middle markets. The next step was an in office interview, which was the same thing with just more people.
