I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RSM (Manama) in Feb 2015
Interview
I was invited for an interview at RSM BAHRAIN in Feb 15, went fairly well I guess, didn't hear anything back, kept contacting at regular intervals, finally received an email in Jun 15 saying I had been shortlisted. Didn't hear anything for a long time repeated contacting every two weeks. Then in Nov 15 was called for another interview went OK, didn't hear anything again, received an email in Feb 16 saying I had been selected, requesting me to sign the offer letter. I had a doubt regarding the package, as was doing my ACCA qualification during the first interview (Feb 15) and was told the salary would be better once I had completed ACCA, but I completed the certification by Dec 15, so I emailed them asking the current package in the offer letter, haven't heard from them since. I kept contacting them until Nov 16 when a got another job.
Super unprofessional I would say, but then again such behavior is usual over here in the Middle East where most international audit companies are franchises.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2015
Interview
Very relaxed started off with an on campus interview with a partner no technical questions but should know they are the leader provider for the middle market. Really just want to get to know you. Only way you can mess up is by being too nervous and giving them a reason to not hire you because you might not work well in groups

Interview
Applied through my university, first interview on campus went well. Within two weeks got an email from the recruiter that they were interested in moving forward. Emailed the recruiter back and got no response, tried calling several times and left messages with no response, emailed again. Finally four months later I got an email, they were no longer interested. The company and recruiter were very unprofessional throughout the entire process, they left me hanging for four months and did not respond to attempts to communicate.
