Interview
1. Contacted by HR for a short phone interview.
2. Invited to a face to face interview with the audit manager and senior manager. Completed a written exercise after the interview.
3. Completed online cognitive and behavioural tests.
4. Attended another face to face interview with the audit partner.
5. Provided the details of my referees for reference check.
And i am now waiting for their updates...

Question 1
Tell me a process you reviewed in your current / most recent position. What are your findings?
Very smooth process with the interview process. A bit technical but bearable. They are very warm through out the interview process. Only 1 interview performed with 1 manager and 1 senior manager
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RSM (Cardiff, Gales)
Interview
4 stages - application form, assessments, video interview, final stage. Ok experience. Failed at video stage which I found the hardest m however it is the typical process. Questions asked were reasonable. STAR Technique recommended.
Video interview and you need to record about 5 questions, questions are about your motivation and about you. for example: what do you do in your spare time etc
