Met with three different employees. One was a partner and the other two were manager/associate level. Overall fairly laid back and mainly asked questions about myself. The partner I spoke to was the most laid back and straight up told me there was a script he was supposed to read off of but he wasn't going to use it because he wanted a more conversational type of interview.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RSM in Dec 2023
