RSM interview questions

From the initial application to the final interview, the process was well-organized and professionally conducted. The HR team demonstrated a keen interest in ensuring that candidates felt valued throughout each stage. The communication was prompt, and the interviewers were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely interested in getting to know the candidates beyond their resumes. One of the standout aspects of the process was the personalized approach. I felt that my skills, experiences, and aspirations were thoroughly considered, and the interviewers made an effort to provide insightful feedback. This helped me understand the company culture and expectations better, fostering a positive impression of RSM Indonesia. However, one area that could be improved upon is the communication regarding the final decision. Unfortunately, I did not receive direct feedback about not progressing to the next stage. Instead, I learned about it informally through a colleague who had successfully secured a position with the company. While I understand that not all candidates can be given detailed feedback, a brief notification from the HR department would have been appreciated to bring closure to the process. Despite this minor communication lapse, I want to emphasize that my overall experience with RSM Indonesia was positive. The professionalism, friendliness, and thoroughness of the recruitment team left a lasting impression.
